Making any purchase on our site, you may be asked to enter your name, mailing address, email address, credit card information or other details to help you with your experience.

We collect information from you when you subscribe to a newsletter, purchase services offered on Tri Anew Frequency, LLC’s site. You may see this at a sign-up or check-out.

We may use your information to process transactions, send an email, share new products and services, or any potential legal reason. 

Tri Anew Frequency does not use cookies for tracking purposes.

C. RETURNS POLICY

Original works of art, services and gift certificates by Tri Anew Frequency, LLC. are non-returnable.

If you purchase a work, and decide that you do not want the artwork, we can work with you to resell the piece on consignment through the gallery. But please know that outright returns at the end of an exhibition, or at any other time, are just not possible.

Please also note that once a payment plan has been entered into, we can not back out of or refund any payments.

D. DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS

We take the utmost care in packaging the goods, and only use reliable, professional carriers. Nevertheless, you must examine goods on arrival before signing for them.

Goods must be moved carefully from packaging as Tri Anew Frequency, LLC. accepts no liability for any damage incurred to the artwork during unpackaging. We will not ship artwork if the condition is not as dictated by the artist.

We will refund the full purchase price including postage of any good which are delivered in a damaged condition (other than due to failure to follow instructions or misuse). If a product is damaged, please contact us at once and no later than 3 working days of receipt.

We reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund and to recover the cost of the returns delivery from you in the event that the item is found to have suffered damage after delivery or has been misused or used other than that in accordance with the instructions or if the problem is due to normal wear and tear.

D. PAYMENT PLANS

Tri Anew Frequency, LLC. offer payment plans on select artworks. Deposits on the artwork are strictly non-refundable. The purpose of a deposit is to allow the client sufficient time to make the necessary financial arrangements in order to make full and complete payment. 

​

Artwork may be reserved on a minimum of a 50% deposit. This secures the artwork for a maximum period of 60 days, unless another agreement has been made. After such time, Tri Anew Frequency reserves the right to put the painting/artwork back up for sale and to sell to another client.
